Not only in Basildon but this can be found in many boroughs all over the United Kingdom and the world. Either the meetings are organized as borough residents, country residents, or as members from particular Igbo areas.
In Basildon Ndi Igbo Group does not exist to only foster betterment of their people but also the betterment of all the people in Basildon. Ndi Igbo Basildon is currently working with different charity group networks to develope and execute projects that improves social integration within all communities in Basildon, reduction in crime and keeping safe initiatives, financial education for Adults and kids, encouragement towards education and many other projects we are involved in within the borough.

Igbos are also amongst the most educated Nigerians contributing top professionals where ever they live.
